Coping method

1. Adjust the position of the black color label to align it with the photoelectric eye.

Second, the reason for the incomplete heat transfer pattern after hot stamping

1. The air pressure is unstable, resulting in insufficient hot stamping time or slow running speed.

2. When stamping the surface, the film receiving speed of the heat transfer machine will slow down, making the flower film stick to the fixture and the pattern appear incomplete.

3. Product surface with dirt or oil, moisture, etc.

4. The distance between the limit sleeve and the forming switch is too close, which makes the rolling film motor run in advance, resulting in the former part not printed.

5. The pressure is too small, so that the circular fixture can not rotate or slide slowly.

Coping method

1. Adjust the air pressure to make it stable, and then adjust the hot stamping time or adjust the speed of the flat push one-way valve.

2. Adjust the stamping speed and rolling speed to coordinate the two.

3. Clean the stain on the surface of the product with a clean cloth.

4. Adjust the distance between the limit sleeve and the travel switch, so that the entire pattern can be printed completely.

5. Adjust the fine nut on the cylinder to reduce the pressure.

Third, the reason for the wrinkle of the heat transfer pattern after hot stamping

1. The temperature is too high, generally from the second pattern after hot printing will wrinkle.

2. The switch of the tension motor is not turned on or the spring pressure is too large or too small.

3. In the process of hot stamping, the frame film roller moves with the probe, resulting in the distance between the dtf film and the rubber roller being too close

4. The printing speed is not coordinated with the tension.

Coping method

1. Reduce the temperature to the proper stamping temperature.

2. Opening the tension motor switch will increase or reduce the pressure of the spring.

3. Adjust the distance between dtf film and rubber roller, it is recommended to be between 1 cm and 2 cm
