The issues of insufficient load capacity, low rotational accuracy, and slow changeover efficiency in traditional assembly equipment have become increasingly prominent, severely restricting the large-scale expansion of production lines.
Addressing this pain point, Zhongxin Rotation Company has assembled a dedicated R&D team to collaborate with industry experts on tackling the challenge. After months of technical breakthroughs, the team successfully mastered three core technologies: "heavy-load multi-drive collaborative control", "high-precision mechanical structure design", and "intelligent attitude monitoring and compensation". According to the R&D leader, Mr. Xue from Zhongxin Rotation Company, the turntable adopts a modular frame structure design, with a maximum load capacity of up to 120 tons, capable of accommodating the assembly needs of the entire series of wind turbine hubs ranging from 5MW to 10MW. By equipping it with a high-precision multi-turn absolute encoder and servo drive system, the rotational positioning accuracy is controlled within ±0.02mm, representing an improvement of over 60% compared to traditional equipment, effectively ensuring the assembly accuracy of key processes such as bearing and blade connections.
